Foundation Piling
Eco Foundations install many types of load bearing foundation piles for all types of house foundations and other types of structures including office buildings, bridge abutments and industrial warehouses. Typical foundation pile systems include CFA (continuous flight auger) piling and VCC (vibrated concrete column piling) but also extend to precast concrete driven piling, steel tubular driven piling and large diameter bored piling.
VCC piles are particularly suitable for warehouse construction as an enlarged head can be created in each pile which assists with transferring the load from the slab foundation. Very large outputs may be achieved with our high powered telescopic leader rigs which results in very competitively priced projects compared to traditional CFA or driven cast in situ piling.
In suitable soils we can also offer soil mixed columnns or soil mixed strip foundations as an alternative foundation solution tailored to your project requirements.
To summarise Eco Foundations have one of the widest range of piled foundations options in the market and will tailor the best solution to suit your project, ground conditions and budget. Early involvement with us at the initial stages of your piling project could result in significant cost savings being made.
